For Veg Masala

  • Oil – 1 tbsp
  • Onion – 1
  • Potato – half of 
  • Carrot – 1
  • French beans – 10
  • Peas – half of cup
  • Garlic pwd – half of tsp
  • Cumin pwd – half of tsp
  • Turmeric pwd – 1/four tsp
  • Crimson chilli pwd – three/four tsp
  • Coriander pwd – 1 tsp
  • Garam masala pwd – half of tsp
  • Amchur pwd – half of tsp
  • Maida flour – 1 tbsp
  • Poha – 2 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves
  • Salt to style

To Make Maida Paste

  • Maida flour – 2 tbsp
  • Corn flour – 2 tbsp
  • Oil – 1 tsp
  • Salt – half of tsp

To Make Veg Cutlets

  • Bread crumbs – 1 cup
  • Oil to deep fry


To Make Veg Masala

  1. Warmth 1 tbsp of oil in frypan.
  2. Upload onions and toss till gentle brown.
  3. Upload sliced potatoes, carrots, french beans, peas and saute in prime flame.
  4. Quilt & prepare dinner in low flame for 10 minutes. Stir from time to time. (No wish to upload water. The moisture in veggies is sufficient for cooking)
