Rooster tikka, is a rooster dish originating within the Punjab area of the Indian Subcontinent; the dish is well-liked in India and Pakistan.

Elements

  • 1 rooster
  • three to four cloves garlic
  • 1 small papaya
  • 2 crimson chillies
  • salt to style

Rooster Tikka Recipe
