JALAPENO POPPERS RECIPE through Fatma’s Kitchen
METHODS- STEP-1 (CUTTING)
Lower a lengthwise slit from stem to backside of each and every chili. Make a crosswise incision at stem finish, forming a T.Take away seeds and white inside ribs
INGREDIENTS FOR FILLING
- 1 Cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- half Cup Cream Cheese
- 1 clove of garlic (finely chopped)
- Coriander Leaves (finely chopped)
- half tsp Salt
- half tsp Black pepper powder
Upload all components and MIX WELL …KEEP ASIDE
Fill chiles with cheese combination, urgent seams closed after filling.
STEP-Three (SEASONED FLOUR,BREAD CRUMBS & 2 EGGS)
ADD PEPPER ADD SALT ADD RED CHILLI POWDER (in Bread crumbs most effective) MIX WELL ADD 2 tsp Milk ( in eggs most effective ) MIX WELL
Coat Chiles in flour then dip in eggs and coat with bread crumbs Once more dip in egg, once more coat with bread crumbs REPEAT SAME PROCESS FOR ALL POPPERS Stay the covered chillies within the freezer for 15 mins.
Deep fry the covered jalapenos 2 to a few mins each and every, till golden brown. Take away and let drain on a paper towel.
