- Boneless hen – 300 g
- Egg – 1
- Pepper pwd – half tsp
- Bread crumbs – 2 cups
- Garlic pwd – half tsp
- Onion pwd – half tsp
- Corn flour – three tbsp
- Maida flour – 1 tbsp
- Soy sauce – 1 tsp
- Purple chilli flakes – half tsp
- Lemon juice – few drops
- Salt to style
- Oil to deep fry
- Blank and wash boneless hen.
- Drain water totally.
- Upload the hen to blender.

- Upload salt, lemon juice, garlic pwd, onion pwd, pepper pwd, corn flour, purple chilli flakes, soy sauce, bread crumbs and mix.
