HOW TO MAKE CHICKEN DRUMSTICK LOLLIPOPS AT HOME

Eight-10 Hen wings/Drumsticks 2 tsp Ginger & Garlic Paste 1½-2 tablespoons crimson chilli paste 1 Tsp Salt 1/2 tsp Crimson Chili Powder 1/four tsp Black Pepper (Kaali Mirch Powder) Eight-10 Chopped Curry leaves 1/2 lemon Juice 1 tbsp Soy Sauce Oil for frying

HOW TO MAKE CHICKEN DRUMSTICK LOLLIPOPS

STEP 1 (Create Lollipop) On each and every hen wing/drumstick, push the beef down to 1 finish.

STEP 2 (Marination) Upload 2 tsp Ginger & Garlic Paste, 1½-2 tablespoons crimson chilli paste, 1 tsp Salt, 1/2 tsp Crimson Chili Powder , 1/four tsp Black Pepper( Kaali Mirch Powder ) , Eight-10 Chopped Curry leaves , 1/2 lemon Juice, 1 tbsp Soy Sauce, Combine smartly and marinate for 30-35 mins.

STEP three (Batter) In a bowl upload 1/2 cup All-Objective Flour , 1/four cup Corn Flour , 1/four tsp Black Pepper (Kaali Mirch Powder), 1/2 tsp Salt , 1/four tsp Crimson Chilli Powder, 2 tsp Ginger & Garlic Paste and upload water to make semi thick batter similar to a pancake. Upload 2 tsp Crimson Chili Sauce and 1 tsp Soy Sauce

STEP four (Coating & Frying) Now dip one at a time hen lollipop into this batter..Deep fry hen lollipops in oil till executed, about Eight-10 mins on Medium to prime warmth. Duvet the bones with aluminum foil,now the starter hen lollipop is able to be served.
