- half of kg cholay or Chickpea
- Garlic paste
- Ginger paste

- Purple cold to style
- Soak Chickpea in a single day.
- Fry onions and tomatoes in oil until mushy.
- Upload ginger,garlic and inexperienced cold paste and fry.
- Then upload salt and pink cold powder and sauté
- Then upload Chickpea.
- If wanted upload water and cook dinner until Chickpea are mushy and in a position.
