Chana Chaat (Spicy Snack)

  • Wash and soak kala chana in approx. Four cups of water, for no less than Four hours. The kala chana will double in quantity after soaking.

  • In force cooker prepare dinner kala chana with 2 cups of water over medium top warmth.
