  • three skinless, boneless rooster breasts
  • 1 teaspoon kosher or coarse salt, divided
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper, divided
  • ½ cup buttermilk
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup just right Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon favourite herb mix, not obligatory
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup butter, melted
  • 2 eggs, calmly overwhelmed
Directions
  1. Warmth oven to 400°F. Duvet a rimmed cooking sheet with foil and spray the foil with nonstick cooking spray. Position a cord rack at the cooking sheet, and spray it calmly with nonstick cooking spray.

  7. Dredge a rooster piece with flour and shake off any extra. Dip it within the butter/egg combination after which the breadcrumb combination. Position it at the cord rack. Repeat till all rooster has been lined.
  8. Position cooking sheet at the heart rack within the oven. Bake 20-30 mins, turning after 10-15 mins.
  9. Nuggets are completed when golden brown, crispy and cooked thru.
  10. If nuggets don’t seem to be as crispy as you need after 30 mins, Set the oven to broil and cook dinner a couple of mins till desired crispiness.
  11. Serve scorching with dipping sauces.
